Shape Our Community – Open to learn how
Have you ever wondered:
· Who planted the daffodils?
· Can I have a chicken coop?
· What roofing materials are allowed?
· Can I vote by proxy ifI miss a meeting?
· Are solar panels permitted?
· Who handles trees leaning from the greenbelt?
If these sound familiar, we need you! Whether you're a subject matter expert or just have an interest, we invite you to join a committee and help shape our community. Committees support the HOA Board and influence decisions that impact Goldcrest.
Current Committees:

· Covenants Committee – Reviews and proposes changes to Covenants, which must comply with updated state law by Jan 2028. Topics under review may include roofing, short-term rentals, and chickens.
