The Annual Goldcrest Garage Sale is upcoming on Saturday, August 6th, from 9 AM - 3 PM. Ads will be placed on various online sites. Sell your stuff! Make money!

Friendly reminder, there are 23 lots who have still not paid their annual dues. If you have not paid your dues and would like to set up a payment plan please email us at hoa@goldcrestolympia.org, or visit our website at https://www.goldcrestolympia.org.

There has been evidence of a bear IN Goldcrest, as well as a confirmed bear sighting at the Evergreen State College. There has also been a confirmed cougar sighting at the Evergreen State College, and a confirmed coyote sighting IN Goldcrest. So, please consider the following to protect your home and family:

Consider keeping outdoor cats inside
Do NOT leave a dog or cat food unattended outside, especially overnight
Secure your garbage can INSIDE your garage, if you can
Consider removing bird feeders
Do NOT leave your garage door open
When taking walks at sunset/sunrise, make noise to scare away any potential animals.
