Community Grounds maintained

One of the great attractions of living in Goldcrest is the beautiful, undeveloped greenbelt that runs throughout the development and behind many of the homes. Most homes are set on a quarter-acre or more lot, and the community features more open green space than any other planned development in Thurston County. Come see why residents love living here!

Surrounding Areas

This quiet community of 179 homes is a hidden gem in West Olympia. Close to world-class schools as well as shopping, entertainment, and restaurants, Goldcrest has nearby access to Highway 101, which will lead you to ocean beaches as well as mountain adventures, and is a short drive from the state capitol and The Evergreen State College.

Goldcrest Homeowners Association

A completely volunteer organization, led by an elected Board of Directors consisting of homeowners.

The dues raised by the organization are used to maintain and administer the large open spaces, as well as care for the sidewalks, mailboxes, Goldcrest Park, and the entrance monuments. The Board of Directors is also responsible for representing Goldcrest in the greater Olympia community and for administering the Bylaws and Covenants.
