Dear Goldcrest Homeowners,

We are writing to inform you that the Goldcrest Homeowners Association Board of Directors will be holding a special board meeting to discuss and finalize HOA election rules that are required due to new state law taking effect in 2026.

Because these changes impact how future board elections will be conducted, the Board felt it was important to meet promptly to review the requirements, discuss next steps, and ensure compliance.

Given the short notice for this meeting, homeowners are invited to attend via Zoom if they wish. The Zoom link and meeting details will be shared prior to the meeting.

This is a board meeting intended to discuss and review election rule changes; no homeowner vote will take place at this meeting.
